Products and pricing:

Every measure is taken for the product and pricing information on this site to be accurate and current. It is possible that an error or typo can occur from time to time. In addition, product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. PromoSmarter will notify the user of any errors or changes to product or pricing at the time of order receipt at which time the user will have the opportunity to cancel the order.

Product prices do not include setup charges, freight or state taxes. Freight will be added during the checkout process. Orders sold within Florida are subject to state sales tax which will be added at checkout. By submitting an order on PromoSmarter, you authorize us to charge to the credit card used at checkout for the final order total including product, setup charges, freight and taxes.

Order receipt:

Orders submitted on PromoSmarter are confirmed via email confirmation. Issues with the order will be communicated to the user.


PromoSmarter uses a network of more than 3,000+ suppliers to ensure our customers can get any product they want, at an incredible price. Because we uses many suppliers, production times for items can vary from 1 day turnaround to up to 90 days for highly complex overseas orders. When you place the order you will be given a delivery date for each item in your cart based on delivery location. Standard production is 3-5 days from art approval BUT we offer thousands of products with quicker turnaround times and many products with longer production times. Production time does not include transit time.

Shipping and Delivery:

PromoSmarter ships direct from several manufacturing facilities. Orders containing multiple items will likely ship separately from one another and the freight shown at checkout will reflect multiple shipments from different locations. If user requires order shipment outside of the United States, freight quotes need to be obtained prior to order placement. User will be charged additional freight charges incurred for incorrect shipping addresses and/or incomplete shipping information on any order.

We May Ship Later, But Faster
We may send out products after the intended shipping date, but we'll use a faster delivery method so your order will arrive on time! This won't cost you any more since we'll cover that additional freight cost.

Remember - Delivery Date, Not Time of Day
While PromoSmarter does guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain day, we can't guarantee an exact time.

If you have an event date or firm in-hands dates please let us know when you place the order. The more we know upfront, the better we can prepare your order to be received ahead of your deadline.

Returns and Refunds

We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. We aim to please and strive to make sure you’re 100% confident in placing an order with us. But we also know sometimes things happen. For one reason or another, you may need to return your promotional products. In case you need to return your items, we have some guidelines to keep in mind:

Returning Customized Products
We can’t accept any products once they’ve been branded with your logo or artwork if the product and logo matches the proof that you approved. Please note that you receive a free virtual proof with every order. And if that’s not enough, our excellent customer service team will ease any concerns over placing an order and make sure you have the chance to see the final product, either through a finalized art proof or a free sample (up to $10 for qualified customers/addresses) or a printed pre-production sample with your logo on it for an additional cost. So you don’t have to worry about getting stuck with something that’s less than perfect.

Have no Fear, Our Team is Here!
While we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, it’s possible there may be a mistake with your order. Before we can begin your claim, you’ll need to provide a sample of the damaged or misprinted goods. Snap a few pictures and send over to our team, or better yet, send us a physical sample of the product. We may need to test it out in person depending on the claim. Keep in mind that no returns are accepted after 10 working days so let us know if you have a concern asap and we’ll take care of the problem! Remember, we’re here to make sure you’re happy, every time! If you do have any concerns, please be sure to reach out to us within 5 working days after you receive your order. Any return past this point may not be processed. It’s all about making sure we continue offering the best of the best to every customer!
